SUMMARY:
Andrew is heartily impressed with freckles. He looks at them
on the neck of the kid in front of him each day in school, and they seem
like a perfect way to get out of washing your neck. The way he sees it,
if he had freckles, his mother would never be able to tell if he’d
washed or not. This results in “the plan.”
Andrew decides to create some
“Freckle Juice” in order to give himself freckles…and
that’s where the fun begins…
