SUMMARY: Kilala travels to the world of the Little Mermaid to search for Rei, a prince who is trying to find the princess who owns the magical tiara that he possesses. Rei is captured by Ursula the Sea Witch who wants the tiara in order to become queen and ruler of Atlantica. With the help of Ariel's beautiful voice, Kilala is able to free Rei and they return to their life on land. The story ends with Rei having to return to his kingdom where there is a rebellion against his royal family and once again, Rei and Kilala are separated.

WHAT ELSE? This book is written in Manga format (read from back to front) and at times, is a bit difficult to follow with the flashbacks and day dreams. You would be highly recommended to read the books in the series in order as background knowledge of the characters and story line is required for understanding. The Disney connection might be motivating to readers. It is a light, easy read for struggling readers.
