They are suddenly able to do incredible feats of speed and strength, and learn they are both children of former superhumans, all of whom lost their powers on that day ten years earlier. Before they have time to understand what is happening to them, however, both boys are plunged into a struggle for survival against mysterious foes. They are kidnapped, along with Colin's former superhero parents, and taken to the States in order to be used in some kind of experiment. The group is separated when Colin manages to escape, but the challenges are just beginning.
