Board Continuous Growth Plan

The Board Continuous Growth Plan, a three-year strategic
plan of the Greater Essex County District School Board, was
designed to be an accurate blueprint to focus our efforts
on achieving specific goals in each of the four areas mandated
within the Board By-Laws:
- Teaching
and Learning
- Finance
- Employee
Relations
- Community
Partnerships
The Board Continuous Growth Plan is guided by the mission
of the Board and a series of agreed-upon key priorities.
