Window Shade Your SMART Board configuration comes with the excellent SMART Notebook software package.
One of the utilities included in the set of functionality is the Window Shade. This appears in the top tool bar by pressing on this button.
The default is to cover the entire screen, much like you would an acetate tranparency on an overhead projector. If you look at the top or the sides, you'll see a little nub. By pressing and holding on this nub, you can reveal parts or all of what is hidden by the shade by pulling on it.
