Accessing the OERB
The Ontario Educational Resource Bank (OERB) is a huge resource of learning objects specially designed to support the teaching of the Ontario Curriculum.

Resources are free for teacher and student use, both at home and at school. All that you need is the login/password and you can get that from your Computers in Education School Contact. (CIESC)

How do you access it? Thanks to our Regional eLearning Contact Rodd Lucier and a couple of students from our John Campbell Public School, you can watch it in action in the video below.

Development of this video was very interesting. Rodd and I discussed the concept and we developed the script online collaboratively using Celtx. The students did a marvelous job and demonstrated how easy it is to log into the OERB.

From there, it's just a matter of finding what you want and access it. Once you have logged into the OERB, there are additional resources created by eLearning Ontario to help you find things.

A SMART Board ready version of the video above may be downloaded by clicking here.
