Pretty soon the discussion will start to determine just when the 100th Day of School is. For emerging mathematicians, this is an enormous deal. So, it will happen on ...nah, I won't even get into the discussion. But, if you're celebrating, check out the 100th Day of School resource page for some classroom ideas.
Now, that's a static resource and I hope a good launching point. I want to add some value to the process. This resource is also available on my Wiki. If you have a great resource that I don't know about, please consider adding it to the Wiki. You'll need an invite key to edit it, so here it is. "dp". http://dougpete.pbwiki.com/100th+Day+of+School
Percy P. McCallum Public School Percy P. McCallum is one of the French immersion elementary schools in our district. Their web presence is spectacular. Everything that you would want to know about the school, including recipes, is online at their website. More than just a dispensor of information, the school uses the site to maintain a blog where things are posted daily. You always know what's happening there. A recent addition to the website is a "Podcast of the Week" from Mme Drew's classroom. Click on over to listen to the student voices.
