Talbot Trail Library Wiki When you think about libraries, you think about resources. More and more, libraries are providing resources online in addition to those on the shelves. Last month, teacher-librarian Johanna Lawler from Talbot Trail attended a wiki workshop and was inspired to create a wiki for her resource centre. Hop on over and watch it grow. Already, she's used it as a resource for a SMART Board workshop.

Notebook Resources The implementation of SMART Boards has resulted in all kinds of excitement and heightened student engagement in our schools. As we learn all about the effectiveness and what are the best practices for the technology, folks are not hiding their efforts. Log into FirstClass, go to Public Conferences, and then Computers in the Classroom to a folder entitled SMART Notebook sharing. You'll have instant access to documents that have proved to be tried and true to the Ontario Curriculum by GECDSB educators.
