The Ottawa Carleton District School Board has put a huge database of lesson plans online. The lessons have a front end where you can search by subject area, software title, grade or by activity. Once you narrow in on a particular lesson, you'll be presented with an array of expectations from the Ontario Curriculum that are addressed by following the lesson and using the designated software.

Make sure that you check it out. You'll also require Adobe Acrobat in order to read the lesson plans.
