Webquests
The Webquest Locator was a personal project to identify
and categorize webquests that would address Ontario Curriculum
Expectations. The multi-curricular nature of a good webquest
makes the use of webquests particularly effective.
Viruses
and worms
In this day and age, unfortunately, this is
a fact of life. Some research and ideas about prevention
appear here.
Palms and Probes Project
Imagine doing science experiments where you get the results
immediately so that you can talk about the experiment
and what you just did. You can with portable computers
and scientific probes.

This exciting initiative pairs the Greater
Essex Chapter of Women in Technology with Grade 7 and

Without
a doubt, the kindest comment that I ever received about
this website and my newsletters came from Education World
where we were listed in their article “Ten
Unique Resource Sites for Educators”. It's
pretty cool and humbling to think that you put something
on the internet and others happen to stumble on you and
enjoy it
A further honour happened when David Dillard
recognized the site in Net-Gold here in
2005 and again here in
2006. I read Net-Gold daily and would encourage you to visit
their Yahoo resource page or to subscribe to it.
