There has been no new software receive from OSAPAC this month.

However, I can tell you that the OSAPAC survey is now online. You will recall that this survey lets Ontario educators have input to the OSAPAC committee about pieces of software that would be nice to have in their classroom.

In addition to identifying new software titles, the survey also gives visitors the opportunity to suggest that various software titles be upgraded. For example, there are upgrades to such pieces of already licensed software like The Geometer's Sketchpad, Corel WordPerfect, and Appleworks. If you regularly use these pieces of software and would like to see them upgraded, here's your opportunity.

If you don't take advantage of the survey, then you end up taking what the province gives you. If you'd like to have some input about what titles or curriculum areas are addressed, here's your opportunity.

The survey only takes a couple of minutes to complete. You owe it to yourself and your students to visit the site and contribute.
