OSAPAC Survey

The Winter Survey period will close on February 29.

At that time, the OSAPAC Committee will use this information along with other data to determine licensing priorities for 2004/2005.

If you wish to have some input and have not completed the survey since September 1, please complete the survey as soon as possible.
