There was no new software released under the OESS software program this month but that doesn't mean that Ontario educators have been sitting still with the effective use of Ministry licensed software.

It remains the main source for high quality software.

In September, I introduced readers to this newsletter to the Online Learning Repository. It started out as just a place to upload learning materials. Now, with some additional programming, you can really get a sense of how well Ontario educators are using this resource.

You get to the repository from the link on the sidebar main menu.

The browser now features ways to sort the resources so that you can easily find what you're looking for! The default is to have all resources displayed by the number of times that they've been downloaded. It will come as no surprise that the excellent Microsoft Publisher 2002 resources is far and away the more popular resource that's currently online.

The whole set is available. Filter based on what you need and download away. It's all free and exists to help with the implementation of the software into Ontario classrooms.

OESS Software, free support resources - what a great combination.
