The Conclusion

Congratulations on creating your webquest. Review the steps that are involved as your students will work their way through your webquest.

Have you missed any steps?
Are there areas of the webquest that could be described better?
Check your webquest against a webquest evaluation rubric.

You will need a couple of sentences in the conclusion that summarizes what the students will have accomplished or learned by completing this activity or lesson. You might also include some rhetorical questions or additional links to encourage them to extend their thinking into other content beyond this lesson.

Revisit the Guiding Questions.
1. What is a Webquest and how can it be used in the classroom?
2. How do Webquests support cross-curricular learning?
3. What are some of the benefits and challenges of using a Webquest?

Share what you have created and learned with your colleagues. You may decide to post information about Webquests in your school's conference.
