Girls’ Basketball Team 2010
Congratulations to the senior girls basketball team
for playing a great season this year! We played
some tough teams but the girls had lots of spirit and
never lost hope. Thank you very much to Ms. Sales,
Miss Bently, Mr. Delaurier and all of the girls!
Our two captains, Tasha and Kaitlyn played with our
fantastic team: Haily, Bethanie, Joise, Sydney, Hope,
Julia, Angela, Ivana, Bailey, Tamara, Amber, and
Kim!
Great job girls. You made Davis proud!

Boys’ Basketball Team 2010
The boys basketball team played very good thus far with a record of 4-1 with still
a game left. Our first game was against the Hetherington Hawks the boys
played hard and ended up with a humongous victory of 63-31. Our second game
was against the Maxwell Mustangs and the boys came out strong again defeating
them with a score of 63-18. Our third game was against a very tough Forest Glade
team with tremendous skill they defeated our boys with a score of 48-32. Our fourth game
was against the Maxwell Mustangs our boys played outstanding throughout the whole
game winning 52-22. Our fifth game was against Hetherington they came out strong but in
the end the boys pulled through with a victory by a score of 40-
27. Our sixth and final game of the season will be on February 22nd
a g a i n s t the undefeated Forest Glade team. Go Boys!!!
At the beginning of the season the boys played in a tournament at Herman
Secondary School. They played against very good teams. Going with a record
of 1-3 the boys were disappointed.
Boys basketball team roster: Grade 8’s: Devan 9, Riley 4, Nemanja 24, Phillip
10, Mohammad 23, Carter 15. Grade 7’s: Alland 1, Luka 8, Sean 17, Josh,
Shervan 3, Alex 20. Grade 6’s: Milos.
The boys give a special thanks to Mrs. Mulhall and her father for all their time, support and dedication to
come to all the games and help out the boys better their game.
