Week 37, June 1 - June 5
Grad Info. Graduates, we need information from you in order to prepare for your graduation and to complete our record-keeping even after you leave BRDHS. Please enter information at http://tinyurl.com/dn55mh, and complete the information as thoroughly as possible.
SportsCongratulations to the 5 students that have advanced further to the OFSAA Trank & Field Championships. Jake Pfaff who led the charge winning the Senior Boys Pole Vault With a new School Record throw of 4.05 meters. Brandon Gow came in 2nd for Midget Boys 100m and 300m Hurdles. In Senior Girls Javelin Throw Katie Pacuta threw a record throw of 39.60 meters. Fellow javelin thrower Taylor Kreitzer has also qualified for OFSAA with a throw of 46.68m. Last but not least in the Junior Girls 300m Hurdles Kelly Burton has also qualified for OFSAA and these 5 will be making the trip to Toronto on June 4th - June 6th. Congratulations to all who made it to the West Regional Championships and to the OFSAA and make your Nobles proud!
Final Projects Students are working on FSEs in several classes.
The secret to success in completing these on time is effective time management: review each day what needs to be done, and then work towards finishing it. None of these projects can be finished in an evening, so beware!
Week 33, May 11 - May 15
Sports The weekend of May 8 saw our Junior Girls Soccer team win the 2nd Annual Tecumseh S.C. Tournament. They never game up a goal in winning four matches, 5-0, 5-0, 1-0, and 2-0 (Gold Medal match). Congratulations girls!
