Sabre SpotlightStudents will need to return their Registration Verification sheet and other forms on pre-registration day(s). The Registration Verification sheet indicates the demographic and health information that we have on record. Please check this information carefully as it is essential that we are able to rely on it for Board and Ministry reports as well as for possible health-related issues. The sheet must be signed and returned whether or not you have made any changes. In order to minimize start-up time in September, we will continue with our pre-registration process. Your co-operation with making sure all forms are completed and signed will avoid delaying the pre-registration process and ensure that the school year starts as smoothly as possible. Students are asked to report to the school to pre-register on Tuesday, August 31st or Wednesday, September 1st between 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM (last name A-M) and 12 noon - 2:00 PM (last name N-Z). The main office will be closed between 11:00 AM and 12 noon. During the pre-registration process, student will receive their timetable and temporary student card (if you have paid your activity fee, $50). Student agendas and textbooks will be distributed in the first week of school. Students are responsible for their textbooks and will be required to pay replacement costs if their textbooks are lost or damaged. As a further note, students who owe textbooks, library books, school uniforms or equipment will not be issued a timetable until these items are returned. Sports & ClubsSchool Newspaper |
